They believe in me as a leader. If they have issues they confide in me. If they are confused about any instructions or don't agree with the instructions, they come to me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a handful of women they've been there over 25 years oh, those women are in charge of who gets and when people call out sick. This is not about what's best for the company to them oh, it's a popularity contest. If they don't like you they don't call you in. The store will be short-staffed
