- What makes you most happy at work?When I'm given the full resources, tools and funding to enact the safety changes that are needed here, then I'm very happy and content with working here.

- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The production floor culture needs to improve. Night shift should be eliminated and training needs to improve.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I wanted more things accomplished. The workload was chaotic but it never seemed to go away (the waiting game).
