What do you like best about the leadership team?
They show up, we rarely have incidents where we don't know who to turn to.
What I like best about the leadership team is the level of communication they have with us.
The leadership team takes initiative and gets the employees ready for a good productive day
The fact that our team is being lead by a great leader, production goes smoothly and all counts are always good.

get a life for yourself
Understanding their own industry. There is a deficit of knowledge at the leadership level to effectively make good decisions related to general technology and technology development. Most leaders are too afraid to admit they need some tech education.
Not overworking employees to their breaking point.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great pay and benefits for the job
Pension benefits and perks for time off
The bonuses they offer are pretty good.
The beat part is the 401k plan and health benifits.
My benefits and my 401k plan not to mention the A-plan.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A substantial raise, you shouldn't have to work a Saturday to be able to save a few hundred dollars. Inflation has outpaced salaries.
lack of organization and expertise within teams is pervasive and a systemic issue that causes employees to feel lost, confused, and unheard, especially if the employee is younger in age.
Not a high enough wage, benefits are too expensive

We help one another always
We work safely together, and will cover each other in situations where we can safely do so

We all try to keep smiles on our face no matter how we feel.
Our company is very diverse all different nationalities working together and everyone gets along.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Too much work and office drama
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was hired immediately after the interview.
I didn't really like anything in particular.
The interview process was short and sweet.
Test was easy and hiring process was great.
It was simple I took a test which wasn't hard and waited for my call.

Getting halfway through the day. Seeing people concerned about putting in the hours and working professionally.
Time off and the pay checks
Punching the time clock and seeing my co workers.
Making the money I make every hour
Walking into the plant punching my time card a seeing all of the different cultures I'm surrounded by and happy to work alongside of.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The way things are done aren't working and need to be changed.
Need to have the top managers care more about people st the ground level.
