Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Everything we do as workers goes unnoticed in the store

I feel as though we all work entirely too hard and put too much effort into this job to only make ten dollars an hour.

I work more then what i get paid to do

We dont get paid enough to not be on tipped wages. It is absouletly insane. We do more than a waitress does. We take care of parties for a whole 2 hours and get nothing. No one carries cash anymore. We stand at the merch station for 20 mins on one kid and get NOTHING. we deserve more.

I feel like I am worth more then intially agreed upon for wages. I have releaved a ton of work load from the GM and he is able to focus on other matters. A higher wage would make things alot better.

For my position the turnover rate is high I would like to get compensated from my dedication to my position

First i was underpaid and when i had told them that they just laughed in my face and said they wouldnt pay me what im supossed to be paid until they get paid more. Even tho thats not legally right nor ethical. Never got the benifits because even tho i was hired full time they put me as part time

The stuff and stress we go through does not match our payment. GM management is really bad

all my boss does is yell at us and tell us what we are doing wrong, borderline harassment at a certain point. Won't allow us days off for school and writes us up for any inconvienence. she picks favorites as well.

Nothing would make me feel better I would never work at Chuck E Cheese again

So as much as I appreciate working for Chuck E, the assistant managers do not get paid enough, period. At the end of the day even though i put in multiple hours of overtime, i still had to choose between paying rent and paying for food and i dont eat out. Mileage claims get ignored as well...

Im always getting picked on or they get on me for rhings thats i didnt do and put me on shame at the group chat

dont make one person do kitchen all the time

I have a high work ethic and standards and I'm feeling like i'm treated as someone without them and being taken advantage of.
