What makes you most happy at work?

Working with people I am proud to call friends.

Coming into work and putting smiles on kids faces and reliving the same memories, but instead as a Cast member so I get to make the memories for them instead of just remembering

To be able to bring joy to others while maintaining my own well-being

Children having the most fun they ever had

Seeing the smiles on the guest faces as they enjoy a piping hot pizza and playing games.

Knowing that the quality is that where it needs to be when I'm at work

Doing a good job or helping out a guest or coworker

They customers make me happy

My coworkers and managers can always manage to put a smile on my face, even on my toughest days. I can't imagine working anywhere else.

What makes me the most happy at work is without a doubt, the people i get to work with.

Bring a part of the brainstorming

Seeing all the little kids happy. That is really the only thing I enjoy about my job is all the customers. They are way nicer than any of the staff has ever been to me, which is very surprising.

Not working with negative people. Working with positive attitudes, people that like to work together.

Interact with parents and kids growing up my parents were separated so I would rather see families getting along then getting splitting up

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The managment, the pay, the whole entire company as a whole. It can be improved if you guys stopped hiring mean people.

Shut the store down for good

New general manager is needed

it's a lot of dictatorship and bullying and it can be improved by having a new manager

The general manager doesnt listen to alot of my coworkers, they tell me all the time. Hes very rude and thinks highly of himself and doesnt listen at all.

The Payment, The Boss is VERY ANNOYING... and a lot of other reasons.

The management above management does nothing to help. They train people for months but don't take the time to see if the place is actually holding up in the first place. Our store needed help and we had our district manager come in multiple times, nothing changed. We'd go through tons of managers.

The managers are extremely belittling. They are extremely disrespectful. This is not the type of environment i want to work in. Favoritism is a main deal here. They act like we are incompetent.

There’s nothing necessarily “wrong” but there is lack of teamwork so whenever it gets super busy, everyone’s stress levels rises more than it should if we were to communicate well
