I liked that in the interview they were very nice, made me feel comfortable and they explained all and every detail about the job good or bad.
I love the team it’s very diverse, and full of hard workers. Every worker wants to perform with 100 percent quality. They are all hard workers and do not get enough credit. They are a great team, they follow the rules even if they aren’t strictly enforced.
The company needs to be more focused on the actual workers who are preforming all tasks which make them look good. They get bonuses for meeting quota but the workers do all the work. Some been there for 20 years, but don’t no what they’re doing. but m
The managers and supervisors get paid almost double what a senior ops gets paid. The difference is the OPS actual does it all. They process the work, help others and do the training. The supervisors and managers only hit an approval button and deal with scheduling. The pay should be more equal.
The leadership team needs to be trained and educated in the actual work being done. They tend to set rules and regulations that make no sense in regards to the work being done it actually slows the process down. They would realize this is they had more training about the actual job being done.
