I can be effective and make a difference in my day to day work. I am supported and cared about.

My coworkers are always pleasant and have a good sense of humor.

I often don't feel very valued by the company except as a cog in the machine. People are hired to be excellent widgets, but the company doesn't seem to want anyone to be much more and actively pushes down people who point out issues or try to fix them.
