- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I have taken on a plethora of new responsibilities and I do not feel that I have been compensated fairly as we have absorbed many positions within the company in the past year. I understand that we need to be mindful of spending, but we also should reward those who have absorbed these positions.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel like starting compensation was fine. Its been a bit disheartening to go years without so much as a bonus or yearly raise. When I was hired, I was told there would be a bonus structure and that got taken away when it was time to payout after we had a bad year financially as a company.
