Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I have taken on a plethora of new responsibilities and I do not feel that I have been compensated fairly as we have absorbed many positions within the company in the past year. I understand that we need to be mindful of spending, but we also should reward those who have absorbed these positions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel like starting compensation was fine. Its been a bit disheartening to go years without so much as a bonus or yearly raise. When I was hired, I was told there would be a bonus structure and that got taken away when it was time to payout after we had a bad year financially as a company.
