Clayton Homes Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Well I just receive a weekly check but 401k options that are available to us

Profit sharing allows you to make great money

I like the insurance options we have

Great insurance 401k vacation .. love all of it with exception of how you let hour GM screw your sales people

Review from Sales Dept

Ability to earn bonus and profit sharing

I can't decribe the whole package in 300 characters. Everything about this package is great!

the pay was good but the stress that came with it wasn't worth it

Garner and special disability/accident insurance

Health insurance, 401(k) , vacation

PTO is great. Activities are fun.

I feel like this package is fair across the board.

Retirement matching with company is good

Very competitive for the market

Too New to have a compensation package yet

They believed enough in me to ask me to stay for 30 days rather than taking a 2 week notice which typically results in a walk out immediately.

Review from Sales Dept

I love the vacations and trips you can earn

Review from Admin Dept

Good health insurance of which the company pays a significant portion

All of it! Before they wrongfully took from me

I can make as much as I want. My pay depends on how much effort I put in.

Health insurance and overall benefits

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Offer raises after evaluations or explanation why we have never received an evaluation or raise.

Review from Admin Dept

I do not have the needed help to do the job i was hired to do. When i started it was a three person job. No i am the only one working this job and am told no when i ask for help.

If it was up to market standards

I've gotten a nickel raise every year yes,5 cents 7years in a roll with perfect attendance. Last two years nothing with perfect attendance. That's the tip of the iceberg the manager called me a hot head put me on step 3 for ever so I can't get promoted how would you feel . .

To be treated as person, mostly my manager yells at us and sees me as I was nothing, I am studying my masters degree and she sees me like she was superior just because she has a blue hat. That makes me feel bad because even though I have education I believe we all are the same.

It doesn't matter how much or what your back ground is .. If you get hurt at work they will cut your pay and make you pay back your insurance premiums if you are out because of your injury... Double up because it's Claytons law
