They are not trained. So the team has no direction. They do what they want to do. No leadership at this plant beltontx997
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive, nothing. Plant is filthy .nobody cleansup .no leadership the leaders aren't trained to be leaders just be their buddy and you get the position....not me because I'm a hot head they labeled me.....
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I put my best effort in what ever I encounter at work .I had the impression that clayton homes toke care of their employees .and getting paid ....
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've gotten a nickel raise every year yes,5 cents 7years in a roll with perfect attendance. Last two years nothing with perfect attendance. That's the tip of the iceberg the manager called me a hot head put me on step 3 for ever so I can't get promoted how would you feel . .
