Friendly staff and orientation from the very beginning!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a lot of team building exercises and company events that makes us work closely with our team members.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have Team Share every quarter, which is essentially a share of the profits. It usually averages about 15% - 17% (17% is the max we can receive).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
From the very top, Kevin Clayton himself is such a great person! He's very much down to Earth, friendly, and really appreciates the work we do for the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From the top, leadership is very understanding, very helpful, and very compassionate. We don't log time, we don't need permission to go to appointments. We just get held accountable for our actual jobs and responsibilities and that's it.
