As a former VP with an organization that clayton and Berkshire took over, I was not a conformist. I knew how to run a dealership yet I was placed as a general manger. When I gave my resignation, which typically comes with an immediate walk out, I was asked to stay for 30 days.

Working with clients and doing estate planning.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They believed enough in me to ask me to stay for 30 days rather than taking a 2 week notice which typically results in a walk out immediately.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More respect from the top to the bottom. Like a pyramid, most companies have the revenue generators at the bottom. But if they ever decide to turn the pyramid upside down and treat the people on the Frontline as the actual revenue generators, they would see tremendous growth.
