My leadership team is easily accessible and always willing to listen. They make everyone feel important and that means so much.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work as a team/family. Everyone seems to care for the others personal lives as well as their work ones.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Both of the managers where involved with my interview. I felt like I would matter if I joined the team. I left feeling good about the office and really wanting to be apart of it.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love making people happy, I work in service and I get to welcome all of our homeowners into their homes. I love the excitement when they first walk in and the look on their faces make my job the best in the company.
