They have people who are not prepared, they don't know how to manage people, circumstances, they yell to us a lot and have a lot of preferences. I have been harassed at work and my manager doesn't like me.

Be treated well, that's we all deserve.

You have to hire people with studies, even for departamental managers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have known a lot of people who feels the same as me, and they quit because of that.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Just hire prepared people, we don't deserve people who only finished high school yelling at us because they hate their jobs and people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be treated as person, mostly my manager yells at us and sees me as I was nothing, I am studying my masters degree and she sees me like she was superior just because she has a blue hat. That makes me feel bad because even though I have education I believe we all are the same.
