Direct manger and leadership team are positive, sharing what I call an open door policy.
Great Team leadership, Great Place to Work
That we know whats happening weeks before we start a new project and that they have tried makeing it a family type atmospere

Well I just receive a weekly check but 401k options that are available to us
Profit sharing allows you to make great money
I like the insurance options we have
Great insurance 401k vacation .. love all of it with exception of how you let hour GM screw your sales people

Being in a small office with a more intimate setting we are more like a family that an office of co-workers.
My team generally can figure out how to make things work on our own, and most of us work together to accomplish our goals for the day.

Including all the different people to be heard.
PTO is the best part of the job.
