I love how they are very transparent about the benefits available to us and I think they set us up very well to be very stable in our futures.

Being in a small office with a more intimate setting we are more like a family that an office of co-workers.
My team generally can figure out how to make things work on our own, and most of us work together to accomplish our goals for the day.
