Direct manger and leadership team are positive, sharing what I call an open door policy.

That we know whats happening weeks before we start a new project and that they have tried makeing it a family type atmospere

Well I just receive a weekly check but 401k options that are available to us

What are some of the best things about your team?
Being in a small office with a more intimate setting we are more like a family that an office of co-workers.
My team generally can figure out how to make things work on our own, and most of us work together to accomplish our goals for the day.
the people in the office were like family
Although I welcome feedback positive as well as negative the overall message is not effective if they don't follow their same rules.
Teamwork and learning are at the forefront.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the environment has become progressively more negative
Including all the different people to be heard.
PTO is the best part of the job.

It's always easy to be honest
The number of leaders I got to speak with before joining the company.
It's just as the same as everywhere else

Both of the managers where involved with my interview. I felt like I would matter if I joined the team. I left feeling good about the office and really wanting to be apart of it.
What makes you most happy at work?
An immediate supervisor that can sense when someone is having an off day and respond with positive feedback and can turn a negative mood into a positive outcome.
