At Clearlink, there is a clear lack of leadership training. Managers play power games and make it hard for you to take advantage of benefits, such as work from home and time off. Getting promoted is difficult, as job roles are vague and essentially up to the manager's discretion. No internal hires.

They don't compete for my labor at all here -- their healthcare has been gutted, Half-Day Fridays are gone, strict office hours and geographic proximity are what matter, not productivity. They don't value the work, just optics and working like it's 2005. It's disheartening/demoralizing/insulting.
