- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?For the last three years raises have been minimal, that barely cover the increased costs of the worsening benefit package they offer. It was even mentioned in an All Hands meeting that they actively try to not increase wages at the rate of inflation or cost of living increases.

- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Everything. Literally, their system of management needs a lot of work. employee turnover is the highest in any company I have been in.
