Kuty (Founder / CEO) and Michael (President) are some of the worse "leaders" I have ever encountered / collaborated with in my over twenty years of working in technology. They have been in technology for over 20+ years but clearly demonstrate a lack of understanding in this field from results.

Love the remote work and the community they've built!

The culture is awesome, when you join there is a lot of help so you almost never feel lost and the management really cares about how you are feeling, listening to you, and taking action on what is necessary.

I wanted to work for a fast-paced NYC company and be able to live outside of NYC. Clevertech is a great place for that because I get to be wherever I want as long as I work in the Eastern NY time zone.

They care about you and listen to your concerns.

They are really keen on self-development and embracing the journey.

They need to get better at understanding people, and I think that pretty much says it all.

The PDF allows me to buy things for myself, which is easy to forget when you only think about paying bills and investing.

A lot of us are consultants and there aren't a lot of benefits to that but we do get PTO and $1500 every year to spend on our personal development. It's a lot more than other companies offer. They don't offer health insurance but I don't need a plan, just something to think about.

Compensation is not competitive anymore, and the company doesn't do anything to solve that. They don't reward you either, if you want a raise after a couple of years you need to ask for that, and even then they will ask you why you need a raise - really?

Some of the developers on the team perform well with the caveat that at times there are difficulties in understanding offshore team members.

They are self-aware! We took the enneagram training together.

We trust each other and we have space to talk about everything that is relevant to the team's success.

They are transparent, flexible, and adapatable.

Most of the guys are top professionals, and it's quite easy to get along with everyone.

They do remote work pretty well after 23 years and are good at creating community.

There are some nice perks and I enjoy talking on slack.

Culture is always bringing new activities and events to make us feel connected, recharged and to give us space to share, learn, help, and get helped.

The culture team and accounting team was nice

It was quick and I got an offer within a week of interviewing. They know that good people move quickly and didn't lose the chance to hire me.

They don't follow their own process and just don't seem to care. Their "head" recruiter didn't show up and the technical challenge was fraught with errors that nobody was willing to discuss.

My team and the people I work with. We are all in this together... consulting can be hard because clients in general, are demanding.

With the sense of belonging, I feel like I have space to change things and improve my day-to-day work. Also, I have a lot of friends.

The people are really wonderful. Everyone here is really smart. Clevertech does a great job at hiring kind and intelligent people.

There's absolutely no technical leadership in this company; there's a CEO, a president, and a COO. That is it. None of them have any insight into software development or human resources. They would need to stop lying, but unfortunately that is the foundation of this company.

As previously said, management and the CEO need to re-evaluate their attitude towards people working here.
