What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They do remote work pretty well after 23 years and are good at creating community.

There are some nice perks and I enjoy talking on slack.

The remote work is flexible.

Culture is always bringing new activities and events to make us feel connected, recharged and to give us space to share, learn, help, and get helped.

The community the culture team has built. It's unlike an other remote company I've ever worked for.

Thankfully you don't interact much with the management, and in a way that helps the environment. Most of the people working here are top class and you won't have any issues, so it's a pretty cool environment.
