The people that make up Climb are hard-working and driven but also fun, down-to-earth, open and hilarious. Creates a positive feedback loop

Great! Makes business decisions by keeping all teams and people in mind, they are transparent, approachable, driven, level-headed and understand the drawbacks to decisions

The business problems I'm working on, the interdisciplinary nature of my work and teams that I work with, the snacks in the fridge, my CEO.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick response times after each round, interesting technical test that addressed real-life problems, ample opportunity to talk with my potential teammates (emphasis on importance of people), was not an overly strict/traditional interview process, didn't have to wear a suit.
