I will be completing my first year at cloudEQ in 14 days. In this time I have witnessed and taken part in actively growing the company and I am proud of the achievements the company has made. There is also great satisfaction that I was able to contribute to this growth in a small way.

The culture of the company is enthusiastically can-do but without the hubris that would allow it to fall into a "can't fail" mindset. This characteristic must be carefully guarded.

We have a nice mixture of cultures that blend well. It makes for an interesting workplace because we don't have a monoculture. This is a strength that makes cloudEQ an exciting place to work.

I like delivering products to my customers that confirm that they made the right choice when they chose cloudEQ. I like helping my coworkers to be successful. I like building things up whether they be people, products and knowledge.

Our leadership team LEADS! Goals are clear and concise. Corrections are given at the right inflection points just in time and with the exact amount of pressure required to achieve the best results. Our leadership treats us with respect and never coddles. We are treated like the adults that we are.
