Better than 99% of jobs- especially in being remote. Some typical issues recieveing responses. Hard to move to more impactful and challenging projects. Great for my mental health, and i have learned more in working here than i have in a long time

They all recognize that everyone is their own person with obligations and lives outside of work

Everyone looks for input, even if they think they already have a plan they ask for everyones ideas

Being able to ask questions, I love to learn at least a new thing a day from a few different people

My manager makes sure to explain things to me and will often show me exactly what to do. she hypes me up when I need it and is always supportive even while giving constructive criticism
