As it's only been few months but the initial impression is great. Company have a very bright future as I've gone through its goals and objectives. It looks pretty impressive. One thing I can suggest is to provide WELCOME KIT to every new joiner, not like request laptop and other things separately .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Support and good care is the key. Even the seniors are very calm, polite and helpful and has given permission to reach out to them any time if want any help . One can not ask more than that. 10/10
What makes you most happy at work?
The tasks which tests ability of my talent and overcome it is the best feeling. Creativity comes when there is no pressure and overload of pile of work. I can say as of now , everything makes me HAPPY when I work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's good , as a fresher it's okay and getting trained in various technologies is the best part. Reimbursement for the certificates is another cherry on top. There should be a way to go for certificate exam request in HR portal so that one can request and get approved.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is supportive, professional and care as a person which is like dream came true. As a fresher when we join a company we have no idea about the work culture and office culture but when you get such leadership which guides you in every possible way makes me believe one of the best.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team work plays an important role , be it any task or hurdle that you stuck upon can be solved with team work very efficiently . We work in the same way , I can say I got a very good team , be it talent or be it personal , you will not feel alone or left out. You will be taken care in every way.
