The company on the whole has a healthy environment to work. Company is very much concerned about its employee's growth and development in the respective fields. Company just has to make few changes to the current salary structure and the medical benefits being provided to the employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The medical policy does not include the parents. There is nothing like bonus or incentives within the company. Also, the PF contribution the company makes is not as per the government standards that is 12 % of basic and lastly the night shift allowances are not fair enough.
