I am a fresher and i have only 3 months of experience except training so I have just learn new things and implement that .
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Team leader and manager both are good and helping nature

They think about our best and teach us each and every concepts in detail

When i have learn something new and develope to it and learn new things as much as.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think all good till now Just because I am doing work from home as of now . Culture is good up to now .i hope when i will join at office the environment is too good .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think I am not sure but i am sharing my opinion the minimum CTC as a fresher is 4 to 5 LPA .just because we are living in out of the place so there are some money we spent to fullfill are daily needs things.
