My overall experince has been enjoyable, there have been moments of frustration as we as a company work to figure out who we are and what really separates us from all the other cloud MSP & PSP's that are out there - Every day, week, month and year we get closer to figuring out who we are.

Their open-door policy, and willingness to listen.

It's a culture of inclusivity and openness.

Everyone seams to be hand-picked to work well with each other, and all have a similar team and "for the greater good" mentality.

Having a successful day, having accomplished all tasks and feeling like I made difference by doing my part to help move us all forward.

The company works hard to make sure that we all have understanding and buy-in to the company direction and culture, and this buy-in shows through with every employee in the organization.

I enjoy my job and I enjoy working - Working remote leaves very little to get excited about on a daily basis, other than just being at my desk be a productive member of the hive.

Everyone has similar mindsets that they are happy and willing to work hard for their pay and for the greater good - There does not seem to be any animosity from/between any one group, everyone seems genuinely happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They walk-the-walk not just Talk-the-Talk... e.g.: There is an open door policy, and they all are open to hearing what one has to say and share, and are empathetic to those concerns, and do their best to make sure that one person feels heard and understood.
