No politics. People are friendly and like each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
no politics. Just imagine a bunch of midwesterners living in California.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think it's hard to find a culture like Clover, consider the pace of growth we've been having. It truly is a nice place to work. Credit for that must be given to the executive team, because culture is set by example, and I believe they have set a great example.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
nothing, it's very standard. It will be below what you get at an established company but I accept the difference in salary in order to get the work experience I want for credibility. The problems you solve at a smaller company are so much richer and more interesting than at a larger company.
