What is the best part about your compensation package?

Annual Bonus Plan (but it could still improve so that RSUs are vested more frequently - aka every 3 months instead of once per year).

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

1. I look forward to coming to work most days for the people and the interesting problems 2. Transparent goals - even though we have too many businesses we operate across. We're not great at tracking against these goals and adjust future performance though.

What makes you most happy at work?

Having everyone on the same page about a feature or bug and having the entire team be committed to goals and delivery dates. Finding new businesses or products that our core product can be extended into to help grow the business.

What are some of the best things about your team?

1. Collaborative 2. Hard working 3. Very smart and willing to push for the best long term technical path that provides less tech debt 4. The team pushes for less management debt by bringing conflicts and issues to the surface at the appropriate time
