Good: I work with a lot of hard-working, smart, funny people. I really enjoy working with them. Bad: My manager is good, but he is spread very thin and can't dedicate the time to me that he should.
There are problems here: - I've never received a raise that exceeded inflation - I could likely get a job locally with a 20% raise fairly easily. - Benefits/perks are weak if non-Sunnyvale. It's frustrating when you're doing the same work and getting worse benefits because of where you live.
Good: I like the people I work with, there is low bureaucracy, Sunnyvale office is very nice, you have good autonomy. Bad: You don't get treated as well if you're not in Sunnyvale. Even when Sunnyvale managers agree that there is a problem, it often goes unaddressed unless you raise a stink.
