What makes you most happy at work?
When i have completed my tasks timely and when my managers appreciate me.
Flexibilty, collabroatin and positive energy
interacting with co workers, helping each other move the ball forward.
Honestly, not happy at this company overall. There is good, but the difficulty in accomplishing the simplest of tasks, due to the cumbersome nature of how things are done, overshadows the good.

I really like my colleagues
The fact they pay me. It's a job, I'm not curing cancer here. I am a cog in a massive machine. When I die they will fill my spot with another body that is worth more to them than they pay. Hurray capitalism.

terrible management. was treated terrible by my boss
Empower employees to take ownership. The new management has changed the culture but not for the better. Top positions are filled by people from Chubb and being a long time CNA employee is viewed as a liability.
