needs to treat people with respect, needs to not put people down. needs to not come in smelling like liquor. bee more professional around employees, other companies, etc.
The leadership has built a culture of fear. This will result in compliance, but stifles creativity and risk taking. Treat employees as partners in the success of the company, not expenses on a spreadsheet.
