A caring attitude towards their employees

needs to treat people with respect, needs to not put people down. needs to not come in smelling like liquor. bee more professional around employees, other companies, etc.

The leadership has built a culture of fear. This will result in compliance, but stifles creativity and risk taking. Treat employees as partners in the success of the company, not expenses on a spreadsheet.

needs to help others if they have questions/ issues and not state they do not have time to work with you. do not have your manager/director speak to you like you are stupid

There could be improved communication between departments.

We need to work together at using our computers to their maximum efficiency. Some of our equipment is old, outdated and continually breaks.

Less detailed risk control reports

help others, treat employees with respect and not talk behind their backs to other employees.

Management views employees as expenses rather than partners in the company’s success. There are constant reorganization’s and reductions in force. This is bad for morale and inhibits the rank and file.

When i have completed my tasks timely and when my managers appreciate me.

Honestly, not happy at this company overall. There is good, but the difficulty in accomplishing the simplest of tasks, due to the cumbersome nature of how things are done, overshadows the good.

terrible management. was treated terrible by my boss

Empower employees to take ownership. The new management has changed the culture but not for the better. Top positions are filled by people from Chubb and being a long time CNA employee is viewed as a liability.
