What do you like best about the leadership team?
The ability to openly communicate my needs as employee and not feel like I will be reprimand for being honest.
Down to earth and approachable
Neutral not bad, not spectacular.
They lead as a team.
Direct manager is good. Up a level, they don't have finger on the pulse.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Supporting employees not blaming them
A caring attitude towards their employees
needs to treat people with respect, needs to not put people down. needs to not come in smelling like liquor. bee more professional around employees, other companies, etc.
The leadership has built a culture of fear. This will result in compliance, but stifles creativity and risk taking. Treat employees as partners in the success of the company, not expenses on a spreadsheet.

Our manager is very supportive and always open to new ideas to help our team

My team work together for the betterment of the department which works towards the big picture of the company overall.
Willingness to step up, take on extra work when needed and help others. Hard working group.
They're mostly good people. Yippee.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Yes, but cross products together
needs to help others if they have questions/ issues and not state they do not have time to work with you. do not have your manager/director speak to you like you are stupid
There could be improved communication between departments.
We need to work together at using our computers to their maximum efficiency. Some of our equipment is old, outdated and continually breaks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The hybrid work schedule and flexibility.
Flexibity, learning and development, motovation
the supportive nature of each member of the team.
Teammates willing to pitch in and help/assist where needed. Some take on more than their fair share.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less detailed risk control reports
help others, treat employees with respect and not talk behind their backs to other employees.
Management views employees as expenses rather than partners in the company’s success. There are constant reorganization’s and reductions in force. This is bad for morale and inhibits the rank and file.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Mutuple interviews with different leaders
It wasn't intimidating. It was friendly and casual.

Toning it was well done
Ask questions that relate to salary, benefits, and retirement
What makes you most happy at work?
When i have completed my tasks timely and when my managers appreciate me.
Flexibilty, collabroatin and positive energy
interacting with co workers, helping each other move the ball forward.
Honestly, not happy at this company overall. There is good, but the difficulty in accomplishing the simplest of tasks, due to the cumbersome nature of how things are done, overshadows the good.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
terrible management. was treated terrible by my boss
Empower employees to take ownership. The new management has changed the culture but not for the better. Top positions are filled by people from Chubb and being a long time CNA employee is viewed as a liability.

The overall morale and attitude.
