What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is a lot of things not sure where to start but maybe performance reviews. They are used as a political tool. Second would be HR. Not trustworthy.
The favoritism needs to be stopped and everyone treated equally
walk out three layers of management
The company needs to respect everyone for their contributions and keep their promises to everyone including the retirees which they lied to.
They need to treat everyone equally and not have favorites
