What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager works hard with the team. he is demanding but takes care of his team within his power to do so. he is a role model. other areas not so much. lots of turn over for management staff.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything especially talent management. There is no vision that the average employee understands to work towards. Very short term focused
Fair treatment. Try to got most out of employees
Being real leaders not puppets
People communication, and stop playing favoritism
they don't have a clue about what they are doing
Learn to have respect for people beneath them. Remember they were once a little person.
