Minimal raises while the cost of living has increased significantly recently. Company does not react quickly and we lose good experienced people because of it.

Always losing something. Severance. Retirement life insurance. Profit sharing. Low cost of living average

Stop gossiping and causing problems for others and don't be judgmental. Take a look at yourself.

There is a lot of things not sure where to start but maybe performance reviews. They are used as a political tool. Second would be HR. Not trustworthy.

The favoritism needs to be stopped and everyone treated equally

HR doesn't understand the work, the skill competencies, where to find the talent. They are too disconnected from the people and positions they service.

A candidate does not need to be interviewed by the entire company.

To many bullies work there and continue to make it harder for others

The culture is toxic. Anyone that knew what they were doing has left or been walked out

Totally unethical company to work for.

The company could benefit in system integration and in offering more opportunities to the corporate workers to travel e visit more the manufacturing plants
