What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything especially talent management. There is no vision that the average employee understands to work towards. Very short term focused
Fair treatment. Try to got most out of employees

People communication, and stop playing favoritism

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Minimal raises while the cost of living has increased significantly recently. Company does not react quickly and we lose good experienced people because of it.
Always losing something. Severance. Retirement life insurance. Profit sharing. Low cost of living average
No chance of a raise without a new job
internet at home, pension plan
I am one of the first few people to get hired there and they treat me worse than the new poeple
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
clear targets, focus meeting, agenda and minutes
Stop gossiping and causing problems for others and don't be judgmental. Take a look at yourself.
the group is designed to play politics, not to produce embedded software
Be more team oriented and willing to share success
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is a lot of things not sure where to start but maybe performance reviews. They are used as a political tool. Second would be HR. Not trustworthy.
The favoritism needs to be stopped and everyone treated equally

The company needs to respect everyone for their contributions and keep their promises to everyone including the retirees which they lied to.
They need to treat everyone equally and not have favorites
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The timely process and the response times.
share more, offer more, be prone to changes and bring in people
HR doesn't understand the work, the skill competencies, where to find the talent. They are too disconnected from the people and positions they service.
A candidate does not need to be interviewed by the entire company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Work culture. They need a radical modernization of attitude.
To many bullies work there and continue to make it harder for others
The culture is toxic. Anyone that knew what they were doing has left or been walked out
Totally unethical company to work for.
The company could benefit in system integration and in offering more opportunities to the corporate workers to travel e visit more the manufacturing plants
