Besides the Assistant Store Manager Shalma Anderson, the management team at store 4321 is excellent.
Durability vs the quality .. some of the purses I purchase are high quaility as far as materials.
Personal customer service and customer experience in stores.
I love the brand and the products however in my store we have managers who only follow rules they feel are important. These same managers often times come up at the end of sales to "help" customers but instead put the sale under themselves after doing little to no work.
