What do you like best about the leadership team?
Compassionate management is a plus.
Clear focus and not afraid to ensure that the rest of the team is aligned with their priorities
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Nothing but revenue driven
Protect your employees during this global pandemic. Don't ignore PPE and ADA requests made by employees. Don't let your HR and SHE teams deliberately disregard employee requests to protect themselves from Covid.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They match 401k earnings IRA / ROTH
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Disregarded by upper management until I can solve their problems
Love the company. Hate it that our only choice of healthcare plans are high deductible. There isn't a stock purchase plan.

Coworkers and I work very well together. Management is the issue
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We get every other Friday off.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Too much to list here
There is a sense amongst certain teams that there is a lack of transparency from the top to the bottom - this seems to be very localised depending upon immediate management.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a long time ago - but I had engagement from senior management which made the role feel valuable.
