Listen to and respect your employees
Communication, less bullshitting, they are out of touch with employees
Treating employees with respect. Asking for input from employees who interact with clinicians and patients everyday.
Listening to employees and speaking to them with respect. Not offering promotions only to a favored few but basing rewards on merit. Listening to out of the box ideas, not being stuck in one way of doing things. Increasing pay.
