Listen to and respect your employees
Communication, less bullshitting, they are out of touch with employees
Treating employees with respect. Asking for input from employees who interact with clinicians and patients everyday.
Listening to employees and speaking to them with respect. Not offering promotions only to a favored few but basing rewards on merit. Listening to out of the box ideas, not being stuck in one way of doing things. Increasing pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay was below market, poor incentives, nickel and dime people, no pay for performance
Cochlear promotes bullying and nastiness
Porque no hay prestaciones superiores que aplican en otros países, en México al menos se comenta que no es igual al resto por tal motivo no se puede aplicar igual que al rest
Cochlear culture is all about ticking boxes
Working hard, teaching goals, little acknowledgement pay wise. They promised a bonus, after a year, there still wasn't one and still waiting for it. Don't believe them they are lying.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The toxic culture starts at the top and trickles down. Management does not speak respectfully to employees and there is division throughout the teams. When issues are brought up, they are ignored or explained away by management. HR does not help with toxic environment, even when things are reported

Less lies, tell the truth about the job and the terrible culture
Shorter interview process. It was very drawn out.

Nastiest place on earth, will ruin your life
