Treating employees with respect. Asking for input from employees who interact with clinicians and patients everyday.
Listening to employees and speaking to them with respect. Not offering promotions only to a favored few but basing rewards on merit. Listening to out of the box ideas, not being stuck in one way of doing things. Increasing pay.

Cochlear culture is all about ticking boxes
Working hard, teaching goals, little acknowledgement pay wise. They promised a bonus, after a year, there still wasn't one and still waiting for it. Don't believe them they are lying.
The toxic culture starts at the top and trickles down. Management does not speak respectfully to employees and there is division throughout the teams. When issues are brought up, they are ignored or explained away by management. HR does not help with toxic environment, even when things are reported
