What did you like most about the interview process?
It's professional, but comfortable. Applicants aren't made to feel under a microscope or judged - it's more conversational and casual.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's all good - the 403B is profitable and the company matches a generous amount of our investment. The Health insurance is also very good and covers many things. Additionally, the company offers many holidays and a generous PTO
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and the beautiful environment we work in. The offices are beautiful and have state of the art equipment - and we have a cheerful lunchroom where we all congregate and eat together as a group -it's really wonderful
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they have scheduled quarterly meetings to discuss the current projects/issues/wins of the daily operations and gauge how we are tracking compared to our Strategy Plan. My boss in particular is innovative and strategic in her thinking -I think she is a valuable influence on the others
What are some of the best things about your team?
We cross train and can cover for each other if needed - that's great support. We also really care about each other, so working together is a very nice experience - it's not just a job it's about the people - our people too. We are all very different but have a great appreciation and love for each ot
