What are some of the best things about your team?
The teamwork is great, the teams that I worked with are solutions oriented, and always support and encourage each other instead of fault finding.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Mostly the casual and friendly way of interviewing while still focusing on the skillsets and the ability to overcome difficulties at work, which I think is fair.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Aside from her great skills and communication, my manager personally care about my work, my difficulties, even my and my family conditions, She helped me a lot on my work and personal life (that I shared with her), which really motivates me to do my best to support the team.
