What did you like most about the interview process?
It's been a while since I interviewed. As a leader, I appreciate HRs support in reviewing applications and moving them to us for review.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Retirement is great. Do not feel salaries are balanced - even though there was an attempt to do this previously. Open positions are posted at higher rates than current positions are earning. Director roles being posted at Senior Director salaries.
