What is the best part about your compensation package?

The 401k matching and daily lunch allowance

Overall quite competitive for the scale of company

I love the perks & benefits!

Review from Sales Dept

We have a free lunch program daily, and it is a stipend so you can pick whatever you want. We also have cell phone reimbursement, free medical benefits, gym reimbursement AND unlimited PTO (which is encouraged to use!).

Not only do we receive unlimited PTO, but it is part of our policy that we are expected to take a minimum of at least 15 days of PTO. I've never worked at a company where making your well-being a priority was so strongly encouraged!
