What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They should consider everyone equal first - They cannot think everyone will work 24x7 like some veterans and visa candidates who are tied to company - People who are not tied to company will leave the min they see unfair compensation and treatment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While they are ready to pay a mediocre newbie with amrket rate long termers sitting inside and bringing the company are paid peanuts and not fairly treated. Discrimination in various levels like GC/Citizen vs Visa workers have different scale. Also real workers are not compensated only who do PMO
What do you like best about the leadership team?
While immediate managers are mostly good top management who doesn't have any strategy but just stay there to push paper and eat cake comes up with strange ideas, set goals which are not relevant. Executive leadership should look at middle level executive leaders and conduct a interview to see worth
