I work as a Creative and I am able to work in a way that allows me to be the most creative - the best job ever!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

They only care about you bringing billing revenue They act as a rubber stamp on clients and NEVER listen to your side of the story When raising issues to senior management they only tell you a story to make you feel momentarily better, but there is no action taken by them to address your concerns
