
Manager worry about their promotion and do not pass the good work accomplished by associates.
Bring in a standard time to have onsite and offshore collaboration which needs to be rolled out from management and have some breathing for onsite employees who work for more than 12 hours ....we have family too
I was working like 12 hours a day but no benefits for that and offshore team says an e you are at onsite you should work for 15 hours.....pathetic concept ....respect as a human and we have family too
Coworkers don’t question managers when they try to provide a solution which is not going to help improve the productivity or quality for e.g proposing a CTS proprietary tool which really going to increase the overhead and not quality
