They don’t hardly allow time for meetings and if they do they are approx. 15 minuets and nothing gets discussed

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Need to re-evaluate the people they hire and listen to the employees when they try to tell them why everyone is so unhappy

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

They only care about you bringing billing revenue They act as a rubber stamp on clients and NEVER listen to your side of the story When raising issues to senior management they only tell you a story to make you feel momentarily better, but there is no action taken by them to address your concerns
