
The senior management is going wrong. Very wrong. They are becoming a support firm instead of a full service consulting firm.
Listen to the employees and lower management. There is very little satisfaction at the company, and this translates to people being disgruntled and "pass the buck" with their action items. The concept of team work is non-existent.
Human Empathy - CTS has become pretty much a technology sweatshop. The company will assign you to projects that are understaffed and expect you to always make up the difference. All the good managers bailed years ago, and the small few who remain are all looking to leave. Horrible place to work.
