Caustic and toxic culture. Culture of fear. The CEO Mohit rules behind the scenes with an iron fist. This is a command and control company. A very few make decisions and dictate what to do. The field sales & engineering people were great. VPs and leaders very disrespectful.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team dictates, they don't lead. They are scared of the CEO Mohit who would fired 15+ leaders. Just go look at all the VPs, Directors, and CXO's that have "left" the company over the last 4 years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
working with sales / sales engineers very positive. Corporate people very negative - VPs and up regularly missed meetings they accepted, regularly would not respond to e mails or meeting invites - Ironically the company states its top value is respect - laughable.
