Company made for management foks, not for technical engineers. Managers have created roadmaps for their growth and have received 3 promotions in 3 years. ,but no roadmap planned for technical. Bunch of clowns running the place

Pretty much a lot of things like WLB,. Compensation, promotions

WLB, team handling. Actually help your reporters and not be patronizing

My friends in similar roles are paid fairly higher in the same role in competitor organizations
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop be patronizing to the junior engineers. They are learning too. You guys took years to learn the same thing as well.
